What I thought The Bani Group did particularly well in helping me find a new home was the initial strategy of offering full price and then coming back to re-negotiate the price worked very well. I was also impressed with the agreement to maintain the 3% credit from Seller that stayed in place. No doubt the amount of inventory available on the market made for limited choices that did not include large repairs. I am very pleased with the process, ease of the transaction which resulted in an amazing property! The Bani Group did a phenomenal job in ensuring that my best interest and needs were met throughout the entire real estate purchase transaction. The Bani Group did an excellent job in effectively negotiating the purchase price of my property and maintained vigilance with a very uncooperative seller’s agent. Communication during the entire process was great and being able to sign documents electronically was fantastic.
